ABC Dry Powder Fire Extinguishers

ABC Fire extinguishers work by forming a barrier over the fire made up of fused particles of blended ammonium phosphate and ammonium sulphate powder. This starves the fire of the essential oxygen required in the combustion process.
Suitable for vehicle protection, garages, etc..
Care should be taken in the use of these extinguishers as the powder residue can cause damage to electrical equipment and production machinery.
The use of Dry Powder extinguishers should be avoided where if discharged its contents will come into contact with people as it can cause irritation to eyes and discomfort on inhalation.
Suited to multi risk areas such as garages, offices, shops, schools, etc.
